Sunlight Square
Sunlight Square is the sympathetic regeneration of a 19th century soap factory into 53 high specification and 24 newly built apartments in London. Elliott Thomas provided specialist construction services for the renovations of the exterior of the complex. This included the application of an external insulated render system, complete strip and re-roof, repair and replacement of original factory warehouse windows plus concrete repairs. As Part of the project, the company also undertook internal decorations and refurbishment to the communal areas. Throughout the project Elliott Thomas liaised closely with the residents to unsure minimum disruption and inconvenience.
